Automation

Overview

Much of our expertise is in complex machine design and development. For confidentiality reasons, we are unable to showcase the vast majority of the projects we work on, or the clients we work with. However, we do have a wealth of experience in developing x-ray spectrometry machines, wafer fabrication and inspection equipment, tooling and jigging fixtures, electric vehicle subsystems and automation equipment.

Our team of mechanical engineers have worked on a variety of automation equipment that includes inspection of silicon wafers, media transfer, human transport, robotics and safety subsystems. We have developed custom rotary tables and designed XYZ linear actuating systems using components from companies such as Thor Labs, Parker, Bosch and Newport. We have implemented machine vision and optical inspection with equipment from Allied, Konica Minolta and IDS.
